Career Moves..

Salam!

I was caught with deadlines & tons of things to clear before my last working day which will be on 15th Dec. Yes, I resigned. I have officially tendered my resignation as HR Executive last 29/11. The job that I have been really enjoying for the last 11 months.
The new job?? Well it's quite exciting or you could say it's different from my position now. PTD. fullstop. Now, now I don't want to go around showing off... The pay is waaay cheaper compared to what I'm earning, but to differ Government's call for service is definitely no It's once in a life time!
The current job that I'm doing revolves around recruitment & selection process, for all of you guys who took BBA course, HR management to be exact. The flow is simple but to get to each stage is so complicated & sometimes can be time-consuming.
Bear with me, I'll be brief as I can...the first - first things in Resourcing, you need to have manpower budget in each department, or if there's resignation you need to replace the vacant position. The vacant post's job description will be provided by the dept and we(Resourcing) to publish in our internal vacancies advertisement. If nobody applies for the position we go out external, i.e. via media, Job Street & headhunters/recruitment agencies. We are given 3 months to find an experienced/skilled candidate/ position, that's what we call Service Level Agreement in other words...DEADLINES! This includes interviews, tests, recruitment paperwork, offical offerings, notice required by the recommended candidates... (gosh, I can't believe you're still reading this, hehehe!)

But really, the job is fun! Dealing with top level management till lower level management staff & as well as external people..the candidates, the headhunters. I like it here, the job is fun! The pace is fast & efficient-- and with me going to Government... (*sigh!*).No, I must think positive, make the working environment better if not efficient.

And PTD!!boleh sambung esok tak?? It's already 6p.m, I need to do some monitorings.. Till tomorrow, for the PTD a whole new outlook of life, different perspective from all angles of my own small world... :)

Have a good rest today, till tomorrow.
P/S: Aishah, believe it or not I have not found a single Bank's kittun yet!! How about PTD kittun? (hehe!)
